Our agreements with Infomedics

Infomedics is a billing agency that works for different health care providers in the Netherlands, including DentalZorg. In certain cases we send the invoices to Infomedics to release us from the collecting process.

Do you have an additional dental insurance? Then Infomedics will check if the costs are reimbursed by your health insurer. Afterwards you will receive an invoice from Infomedics for the uninsured share of the care provided. If any costs are reimbursed, then this is clearly stated on the invoice.

Clarity in the treatment costs

If you receive a treatment plan and you do have an additional dental insurance, then we will do our best to take the costs which can be reimbursed into consideration when calculating the plan. Unfortunately, our administration system has no insight into deviations due to external factors. Therefore it is possible that the eventual invoice you receive from Infomedics can deviate. The data present at your health insurer is always central. We therefore always advise you to submit the treatment plan to your health insurer to avoid misunderstandings.

Your shared data with Infomedics

In order to process the accounts as quickly and correctly as possible, we share your data with Infomedics. They must adhere to (privacy) laws and regulations. This also applies to our regulations as well as to theirs.

You want a payment plan via Infomedics

We can imagine that some treatment costs can scare you and that this can be a reason for avoiding dental care. We also noticed the need for staggered payments in case of more expensive treatments. Infomedics offers this possibility under certain conditions.
